Steve has a been a trainer with us for many years now, overseeing our group classes as well as offering one-to-one training.  He thrives in the group exercise sessions which feature resistance and cardio circuits, boxing drills, kettle bell and vibration power plate training.

Steve also leads a popular weekly running club.  He is experienced in training and motivating clients, tailoring programmes to suit individuals’ needs and their abilities helping them to achieve some fantastic results.
